Recipe makes 7 Servings

1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
3 large eggs
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cookie Butter
8 Oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 H-E-B Bare Bread Crustless White Bread
4 Oz unsalted butter
8 Oz maple syrup

In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cream and cinnamon. Pour mixture in dish big enough to soak bread in.
In a small bowl, combine cookie butter and softened cream cheese together until creamy.
Place spoonful of cream cheese mixture into center of sliced bread, then place another slice on top and press together. Use fork to crimp bread edges to seal properly.
Dip stuffed bread into egg mixture on both sides, then cook in large non-stick skillet with tablespoon or two of unsalted butter. Cook on both sides until browned. Transfer to plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
