Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp H-E-B Olive Oil
1/2 cup(s) carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) white onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Green Petite Peas, frozen
1 cup(s) H-E-B Chicken Broth
1 cup(s) Central Market Israeli Couscous

Heat oil in a 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add carrot, celery and onion; cook 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and cook 2 minutes longer.
Stir in peas and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Stir in couscous and remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
