Recipe makes 48 Servings

12 Oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 Tsp Adams Extract Pure Peppermint
1 Tsp almond extract
1 Tsp orange extract
1 Tsp lemon extract
1 Tsp raspberry extract
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp coconut extract
1 Tsp rum extract
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp ground nutmeg
48 spoons for each flavor
48 assorted holiday ribbons, cut in 8-inch lengths
1 plastic cling wrap

Heat whipping cream in a medium sauce pan until boils.
In a large bowl add chocolate chips and pour in boiling cream.
Allow cream and chocolate to sit for a couple of minutes, then stir until smooth and evenly melted.
Pour ganache into eight smaller bowls.
Add 1 teaspoon of a different extract to each bowl.
Label each bowl with its corresponding flavor.
Using gold or silver permanent marker, label handles of 6 teaspoons with each flavor.
Line 2 large sheet pans with foil and arrange spoons on pans.
Using clean spoons fill 6 spoons with each flavor.
Rest handles of spoons on edge of sheet pan so that chocolate does not spill over.
Place pans in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Wrap each one in plastic wrap and tie with a festive ribbon.
