14 Oz H-E-B Sweetened Condensed Milk
12 Oz H-E-B Evaporated Milk
4 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Coconut Flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and eggs; blend well.

Add coconut and blend again.

Pour into prepared baking dish.

Place baking dish inside a larger baking dish.

Fill larger baking dish halfway with water.

Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.

Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 hours or until fully set.
