Preheat oven to 325°F.
Lightly grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish and place in oven while it preheats (preheated pan prevents sticking).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Remove preheated pan from oven, pour batter into pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
