32 Oz Cookwell & Company Tortilla Soup
2 cup(s) Central Market Organic Chicken Broth
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Thighs for Fajitas, thawed
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 cup(s) sweet corn, frozen or fresh
15 1/2 Oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
14 1/2 Oz can H-E-B Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic

Instructions

Combine tortilla soup, chicken broth, chicken, chili powder, corn, beans and fire roasted tomatoes and chiles with garlic in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve soup topped with tortilla chips, avocado, lime wedges, cilantro, and cheese.

Chef's Note: This recipe works well in a slow cooker, simply place all ingredients in pot and cook on low 8 hours.
