8 Oz cream cheese
2 medium plain bagels, split in half horizontally
3 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Atlantic Nova Smoked Salmon
1 Tbsp capers, chopped
1 Tsp fresh dill, lightly chopped or snipped
1 Tsp red onion, very thinly diced or sliced

Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
Toast bagels to desired doneness.
Spread bagel generously with cream cheese. Gently top with layers of smoked salmon. Finish with capers, fresh dill and red onion.
