Recipe makes 4 Servings

32 little neck clams, cleaned
6 Oz linguine pasta, cooked
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup(s) parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Reduce Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup(s) Cappola Sauvignon Blanc

Scrub outer shell with a stiff brush to remove sand from shell.
Boil water to cook pasta according to package directions or prepare rice.
Clean clams as needed.
In a large stock pot, heat olive oil (or butter) over medium heat.
Add parsley and garlic to the pot and sauté 1-2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and wine, then bring to a boil.
Add clams.
Cover and steam for 5-10 minutes or until clams open.
Arrange clams over your choice of pasta or rice in a wide shallow bowl.
Ladle cooking broth, dividing evenly, over open clams and pasta or rice.
Serve immediately.
