Citrus Salmon Kabob with Cilantro Labneh

1 lime, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Lb center cut Atlantic salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup(s) Dip It Cilantro Labneh

Instructions

Prepare charcoal or gas grill to 350°F.

Combine lime juice, zest, olive oil, salt and chili powder in a small bowl and set aside.

Skewer the cubed pieces of salmon onto presoaked skewers. Then brush on all sides with the marinade.

Grill skewers for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and serve with a side of cilantro labneh.
