12 Oz organic blueberries
6 Oz organic raspberries
6 Oz organic blackberries
1 Lb organic strawberries, thinly sliced
1 medium naval orange, juice only
1 small lime, juice only
2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
1 Tbsp Carnation Malted Milk Original Powder

In a large serving bowl, mix all fruit together and add orange and lime juice. Toss fruit to coat and refrigerate until ready to use. Refrigerate up to 1 day in advance.

In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, add heavy cream, vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and malted milk powder. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
To serve, place some berries into a martini glass or serving bowl and place a little of Chantilly cream on each to garnish as needed.
