Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/8 Tsp ground nutmeg
2 Fresh Halibut Steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup(s) orange juice
4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tsp lemon, juiced

Instructions

Blend flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.

Dust each side of halibut steaks with flour mixture.

Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook halibut 5 minutes per side.

Combine orange juice, Worcestershire and lemon juice then add to skillet.

Raise heat to high and bring liquid to a boil.

Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes fish.

Spoon sauce over fish while cooking.

Serve immediately.
