Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb chicken breast
1/2 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
2 Tsp honey
1 cup(s) orange juice
2 Tbsp large navel orange, zested
4 garlic, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large zip-close bag and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning once.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Remove chicken breast from marinade and gently shake off excess.
Place on grill and cook 4 minutes per side or until chicken reaches 165ºF.
Remove from grill and slice.
Serve in tacos or over mixed greens.
