Recipe makes 8 Servings

1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup(s) canola oil, for frying
4 H-E-B® Ready to Cook Flour Tortillas, cut into 4 wedges each

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Fry batches of 4 tortilla wedges for 5 to 10 seconds on each side.
Drain fried tortillas on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Arrange buñuelos on a serving platter and enjoy.
