1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup(s) canola oil, for frying
4 H-E-B® Ready to Cook Flour Tortillas, cut into 4 wedges each

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat.
