6 large eggs
10 Annie's Organic Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
10 slices H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon, heated, plus more as needed
5 slices H-E-B Colby Jack Cheese, plus more as needed

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Preheat non-stick pan on medium, add eggs and cook until whites are just set but yolks are still runny (approximately 5 to 7 minutes). Set aside.
Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray, place cinnamon rolls one at a time into waffle iron and press firmly to close. Cook until cinnamon rolls are crisp and fully cooked.
To assemble, place a hot cinnamon roll on plate, add 2 bacon strips, a sunny side up egg, and cheese. Top with another pressed cinnamon roll.
Drizzle with syrup or packaged cinnamon roll frosting if desired.
