1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
10 Oz H-E-B Organics Semi-sweet Chocolate Baking Chips 55% Cacao, divided use
2 Tsp vanilla
2/3 cup(s) all purpose unbleached flour
2 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Baker's Scoop Cocoa
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp baking soda
2 large eggs, whites only
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) pecan pieces

Heat oven to 325°F
Melt butter and ½ cup chocolate chips together. Reserve other half of chocolate chips for sprinkling on top. Stir butter and melted chocolate chips until smooth. Add vanilla, stir in and let cool.
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a small bowl.
Beat egg whites and sugar until foamy. Add butter/chocolate mixture to eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
Line sheet with parchment or a silicon baking mat. Spread batter in a very thin layer. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake 25 minutes. Cut while warm or let cool and break apart.
