Cinnamon Dutch Baked Apples

6 Fuji apples, washed & cored
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp raisins (8 raisins each)
3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
6 Tbsp H-E-B Greek Fat Free Yogurt

Place apples into a two-quart microwave-safe dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon inside each apple.
Add 1 teaspoon raisins and 1 teaspoon sugar replacement into each apple.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.
If your microwave oven does not have a rotating bottom, turn the baking dish a half turn after 5 minutes of cooking and then microwave 5 more minutes.
Carefully remove the baking dish from the microwave oven with potholders. Let apples cool 5 minutes.
While the apples are cooling, combine greek yogurt and remaining sweetener in a small bowl and blend with a wire whisk.
Top each apple with 1 tablespoon of sweetened yogurt and serve.
