Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) shallots, minced
1 Tbsp lime, zest
1 cup(s) Atry Smoked Basmati Rice
1 3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Chicken Stock
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp Mi Tienda Sazon Seasoning
3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Set a shallow pot with tight fitting lid over medium heat.
Add olive oil, shallots and lime zest. Stir-fry mixture until onions are fragrant and translucent, then add rice and stir fry an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Stir constantly so rice doesn't burn.
Add chicken stock, cilantro, sazon seasoning and butter.
Bring liquid to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until the liquid is completely evaporated.
Fluff rice with a fork and season with more sazon as needed to taste.
