Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 medium white onion, chopped or julienned
28 Oz can of Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 Lb boneless chuck roast
5 Tbsp Casi Terlingua Tx Champonship Chili Mix
2 Tbsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce, optional
1 Qt beef broth

In a large crockpot add, onions, and tomatoes. Place chuck roast on top of veggies, and season meat liberally with chili seasoning. Add Tabasco and beef stock.
Set crockpot to low heat, and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is fall apart tender. Skim off excess fat that has risen to top.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with your favorite chili condiments.
