9 .6000 Oz H-E-B Sweet Thai Chopped Salad Kit
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
10 Oz salmon portions, 2 each

Instructions

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, allow to get hot, meanwhile place bag salad into a serving bowl. Hold off on adding nuts and dressing.

Season salmon liberally with salt and pepper, place oil into pan move it around to coat and place salmon flesh side down, skin side up in pan.

Cook salmon for at least 5 to 7 minutes to create a nice crust before flipping.

Cooking an additional 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness. Let salmon cool, then flake into salad and dress.
