18 1/4 Oz Cake Mix Doctor Classic Chocolate Cake Mix
.6660 cup(s) sour cream
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
1/3 cup(s) water
2 large eggs
64 Oz H-E-B Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream, as needed for scooping on sandwiches

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In a bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water and eggs. Mix together until well incorporated.
Place a piece of parchment paper onto a sheet pan and spray non-stick spray all around sides of pan.
Pour batter out into pan smooth out over pan until evenly distributed. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick entered into center of cake comes out clean.
Remove and allow cake to cool completely. Cut out circle shapes in cake, place them in freezer for at least 20 minutes to allow them to set up.
Remove cake rounds from freezer, place a scoop of ice cream in center of each round, place another round on top and press them together. Eat immediately, or freeze for later use.
