Recipe makes 12 Servings

14 Oz Kodiak Cakes Double Dark Chocolate Muffin Mix, one box
1 cup(s) milk, any milk will work
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 large eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp Central Market Ground Flaxseed
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa nibs, optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a muffin tin with baking cups.

Combine muffin mix, milk, oil, eggs, flaxseed and cinnamon together, then spoon into muffin cups. Approximately 1/4 cup each.

Sprinkle tops with kosher salt and cocoa nibs, then bake muffins 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Let muffins cool a few minutes before removing from tin. Store cooled muffins in a resealable bag or container.
