1 package Central Market Chocolate Chunk Refrigerated Cookie Dough
2 Pt Teo Cookies and Cream Gelato, as needed
12 Oz Hill Country Fare Extra Creamy Whipped Cream, as needed for topping
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Roasted Salted Peanuts, crushed lightly, garnish as needed

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Begin by making cookie dough from recipe Malted Chocolate Chip Cookies on or use pre-made refrigerated cookie dough.
Take approximately a 2 to 3 ounce scoop of cookie dough into each ramekin, press slightly in center of each cookie to gently press down.
Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
When dough has cooled to a warm temperature, add a scoop of ice cream to each ramekin, top with whipped cream and salted peanuts if desired.
