1 cup(s) Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole Grains Buttermilk
1 cup(s) chocolate MooTopia milk, add more for thinner pancake
1 large egg, beaten
1 Tsp cocoa powder
1 medium banana, sliced
2 Tbsp maple syrup, or as needed

Whisk together the pancake mix, milk, egg, and cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl.
Place a skillet to medium-high heat and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Gently place 4 to 5 slices of banana onto the raw batter. Allow the pancake to cook until all the bubbles stop forming, about 1 - 2 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 30 seconds.
Continue until all the batter is gone. Serve with a small amount of maple syrup or favorite pancake topping.
