Recipe makes 12 Servings

16 Oz angel food cake mix, prepared according to package directions
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
8 Oz Cool Whip Topping
1 cup(s) strawberries, quartered
3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray pan with non-stick spray.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions and add in cocoa powder.

Spoon cake batter into the prepared muffin tins.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

To decorate, generously spoon Cool Whip over the tops of cupcakes. Top with strawberries and chocolate chips.
