2 Goya Chipotle Peppers in Adobo, plus 2 Tbsp. sauce
16 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, fat free
2 cup(s) H-E-B Deli Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
32 Oz H-E-B Rich & Crisp Crackers
1/2 cup(s) cilantro leaves

Slice chipotle peppers in half, lengthwise and remove seeds.
Combine chipotle peppers and sauce with cream cheese in a food processor bowl. Process mixture for 30 seconds.
Add chicken and process or pulse 5 more seconds.
Place chipotle-chicken mixture in a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, top each cracker with 1 tablespoon chipotle-chicken mixture and 1 cilantro leaf. Serve immediately.
