Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb red potatoes
1/2 cup(s) Central Market Chipotle Salsa
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B 2% Milk
2/3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp salt
6 Oz H-E-B Shredded Romano Cheese, for garnish

Instructions

Scrub potatoes or peel, as desired and then cut into 1-inch cubes and place in a 4-6 quart pot; cover with water and place over medium-high heat.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.

Drain thoroughly and return potatoes to pot.

Add salsa, milk, butter, cilantro and salt to potatoes.

Place pot over medium heat; mashed potatoes to desired consistency or until smooth.

Place in a serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately
