Chipotle 5 Spiced Charred Salsa

Recipe makes 24 Servings

4 large tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro
2 medium white onions, sliced in half
2 jalapeños, stems removed
2 1/2 Tsp Adams Chipotle Five Spice Rub
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 lime, juiced

Prepare grill to medium heat, about 375ºF.
Char tomatoes, cilantro, onions and jalapeños, about 5 minutes. Cilantro will cook quickly, remove after 15 seconds on each side.
Remove all from grill and place in blender along with remaining ingredients. Blend until desired texture is achieved.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and additional rub.
