1/4 Lb H-E-B Texas Fresh Large Shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 cup(s) bean sprouts
2 green onions
3 cup(s) H-E-B Medium Grain Rice (Bag)
1/4 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp La Choy All Purpose Soy Sauce Seasoning
1/2 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
4 Hill Country Fare Hickory Smoked Bacon
1 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Cut H-E-B Texas Large Shrimp into 1/2-inch pieces and chop bean sprouts and onions.
Sprinkle rice with 1/4 cup of cold water and stir to separate into individual grains.
Mix soy sauce, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Fry bacon in a large, deep non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
Remove, drain and let bacon crumble.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
Heat a separate skillet.
Beat egg and pour into heated skillet and scramble.
Stir fry shrimp for 2 minutes then add rice, sprouts, onions and bacon with shrimp for 3 more minutes.
Pour soy sauce mixture over rice; add egg and quickly stir to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
