Recipe makes 16 Servings

1 Tsp olive oil
1 white onion, chopped
3 garlic clove, chopped
1 Lb chili ground beef
14 1/2 Oz can H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
14 1/2 Oz can diced tomatoes for chili
2 4/5 Oz Casi Terlingua Tx Champonship Chili Mix
15 1/2 Oz red kidney beans, drained
14 .2000 Oz black beans, drained
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
3 cup(s) beef broth
1 Lb H-E-B Large Elbow Macaroni
1 cup(s) heavy cream
1 Lb H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese, cut in cubes

In a large heavy bottom pot over medium heat, add oil and brown onions and garlic 3 to 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and brown an additional few minutes.
Add both cans of diced tomatoes, beans, chili mix, salt and pepper.
Stir and simmer 20 minutes over medium-low heat.
Add beef broth, macaroni and cook an additional 15 minutes
Add cream and cubed cheese. Cook a few minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with chopped green onion, additional cheese and jalapeno for some extra spice.
