12 Green Giant Nibblers Half Ears Corn on the Cob
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
4 garlic cloves
3 lime, juiced
1/8 Tsp salt

Instructions

Place frozen corn on the cob in a 4 quart pot and add enough water to cover corn.

Bring water to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot and cook corn for 4-6 minutes or until corn is thoroughly heated. Do not over cook.

While the corn is cooking, combine olive oil, chili powder, cilantro, garlic , lime juice and salt in a blender or food processor.

Process mixture to a chunky texture.

Place sauce in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic; heat in microwave for 1 minute.

Place the cooked corn in a serving platter and pour the chili lime sauce over the corn.
