Chicken Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 Tbsp H-E-B Canola Oil, garlic infused
1/2 Lb thin sliced chicken breast
1 H-E-B Stir Fry Teriyaki Vegetable Blend
1/4 cup(s) green onions, diced
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Heat an empty large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Place thin sliced chicken breast on a cutting board and slice into 1 inch thick strips.
Add 1 tablespoon garlic infused canola oil to pan along with sliced chicken. Sauté chicken for 1 minute.
Add entire package of stir fry vegetable blend to pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Remove from heat. Add sauce, green onions and fresh cilantro. Stir sauce through and serve immediately.
