1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 cup(s) Arriba Mild Green Salsa
10 Oz Boboli Mini Pizza Crusts, 8"
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2/3 cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Place oven racks in bottom half of oven.

Blend shredded chicken and salsa in a medium bowl.

Line two baking sheets with foil and place crusts on sheets.

Spread chicken mixture evenly over each pizza crust.

Top chicken with sour cream.

Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.

Top with red bell pepper and green onions.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.

Sprinkle cilantro over pizzas.
