Chicken Parmesan Sliders with Homemade Marinara

2 Tbsp il Rustico di casa Asaro Unfilitered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 garlic cloves, minced or very thinly sliced
28 Oz crushed tomatoes
1 Tsp dried oregano
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 bunch basil, chopped
6 Hill Country Fare Breaded Chicken Patties
2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded
6 hamburger buns, toasted

Heat olive oil in a medium size skillet on medium.
When oil is hot, add garlic and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes until garlic is just starting to tan. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper and stir over low heat.
Preheat oven to 350°F while sauce is simmering.
Add basil to sauce and stir until combined and remove from heat.
On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spread out chicken patties evenly and cover each with a generous spoonful of marinara sauce and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly and chicken is heated through.
Let patties cool slightly before serving on buns.
