2 1/2 cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp McCormick Italian Seasoning
1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, sliced into 2-inch pieces

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Mix bread crumbs and Italian seasoning in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine chicken and egg in a zipper bag, seal, and turn until chicken is covered with egg.

Remove chicken and toss in bread crumbs until well coated.

Place chicken on baking sheet and bake uncovered 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
