1 H-E-B Meal Simple Chicken Noodle Casserole Kit
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp flour
2 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) sour cream

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dice precooked chicken to desired bite sized pieces; set aside.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium.
Add all vegetables, except cilantro, to pan and sauté about 5 minutes or until onions are translucent.
Add flour to coat vegetables and mix well.
Add chicken, water, spice packet, noodles and bring to a boil.
Mix in 1/2 cup of sour cream, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes.
Pour mixture in a casserole dish and bake uncovered 30 minutes; cool casserole 5 minutes before serving.
