Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
16 Oz Mediterranean vegetables, frozen
16 Oz Hill Country Fare Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 chicken breast, boneless, skinless and sliced thin
8 Oz spaghetti, thin
1 cup(s) Italian blend 6 cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425°F.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen vegetables, soup and chicken; cover and microwave on high power for 5 minutes then set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

Combine pasta and cream of mushroom mixture and evenly spread in prepared baking dish.

Cover casserole and bake 20 minutes.

Remove and top with shredded cheese.
