16 Oz Central Market Trecce Pasta
1 Lb H‑E‑B Chicken Thighs, sliced thinly
1 pkg of hickory smoked bacon, diced small
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp shallots, minced
2 Tbsp wondra flour
2 Tbsp sherry wine vinegar
1 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) Gruyere cheese, shredded
1 cup(s) Muenster cheese, shredded

In a large pot filled with boiling salted water, cook pasta to package instructions then drain and set aside.
In a large nonstick skillet cook chicken thighs until browned on both sides. (Cook for about 5 minutes per side). Once the chicken is cooked remove it to a plate to rest.
Place diced bacon in the same pan over medium heat and cook until the bacon is crispy. Then remove bacon bits and let them drain on a paper towel. Reserve 2 tbsp. of bacon fat and place back on medium heat.
Add garlic and onions and cook until very lightly brown. Add Wondra flour and whisk to keep it from burning, cook for about 2 minutes. Add sherry wine vinegar and cook 1 additional minute. Add sour cream and 2 cups of water, whisking vigorously for a few minutes or until mixture thickens.
Once mixture has thickened, lower heat. Add cheeses and whisk until you have a creamy cheese sauce. Add cooked chicken, bacon and pasta. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Load onto slider buns and top with your favorite sandwich fixings.
