Chicken Fillet with Soppin' Mushroom Cream Sauce

Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve White Wine And Garlic Butter Seasoning
12 Oz H-E-B Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
12 Oz sliced mushrooms
1 cup(s) Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce
1/2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped

Warm medium skillet on medium-high heat.
Add olive oil to pan until lightly smoking.
Seasoned chicken fillets with garlic butter seasoning and add to skillet.
Cook 4 minutes on each side until fillet reaches 169ºF internal temperature and juices run clear.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet add mushrooms, sauté for about 4 minutes.
Pour Soppin' Sauce into skillet and stir into mushrooms.
Add heavy whipping cream and stir until sauce thickens.
Pour mushroom sauce over chicken fillets.
Garnish with fresh chopped onions.
