Recipe makes 9 Servings

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup(s) artichoke hearts, chopped
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
16 Oz H-E-B Fettuccine
1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless Thin Sliced Chicken Breast

In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and stir-fry artichokes 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 to 2 more minutes.
Once garlic is fragrant, add heavy cream and reduce about 10 minutes or until thick.
While cream sauce is reducing, cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook chicken about 3 minutes on both sides or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside; chop.
Once cream sauce starts to thicken, add Parmesan cheese, chopped chicken and pasta. Toss to coat and cook 2 more minutes.
Chef's Note: For a quick swap, use rotisserie chicken!
