Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 H-E-B® Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 mozzarella cheese, slices
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Creamy Garlic Caesar Dressing
4 hamburger buns
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 Oz anchovies in oil
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 romaine lettuce

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken until it's no longer pink.

Melt one slice cheese on each chicken breast.

Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each bun and top each with 1 teaspoon Parmesan and anchovies.

To build burger, layer one chicken breast, sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce on bottom half on roll then top with other bun.
