Recipe makes 24 Servings

2 Lb Fresh Ground Chicken Breast
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Spice Blend
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
1 cup(s) bunched spinach, chopped
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes, drained
8 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Style Hamburger Buns

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.
Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl, and shape into 8 patties.
Place on foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 10 minutes.
Place patties on a grilling mesh, and grill 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Place each burger on a whole wheat bun.
