Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Recipe makes 6 Servings

3 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed to taste
1 Lb H-E-B Extra Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
3 cup(s) broccoli florets
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, plus more as needed
1 Tsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds, plus more or less as desired

In a bowl, combine corn starch, kosher salt and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high.
Add chicken and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Add broccoli and stir-fry 3 to 4 more minutes before adding soy sauce and vinegar.
Continue cooking until sauce is thick, remove to a plate while hot and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add more soy sauce to taste.
