Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 large white onion, chopped
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup(s) H-E-B Chunky Salsa Medium
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Long Grain White Rice, uncooked
1/8 Tsp garlic powder
4 H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
15 Oz H-E-B Black Beans, rinsed
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar

Sauté onion in butter. Add broth and salsa and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and garlic powder. Then place chicken over rice, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes more.
Remove from heat, add drained black beans, sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese.
