Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 burrito tortillas
2 cup(s) H-E-B® Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken
16 Oz black beans, drained
1 cup(s) Jalapeño Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup(s) chunky hot salsa picante
2 cup(s) H-E-B® Mild Chunky Guacamole

Heat oven to 350°F.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Combine chicken and beans in a medium size bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and fold back one edge.
Microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Stir mixture, cover and microwave on high power for 2 more minutes; set aside.
Unwrap tortillas and lay on a flat surface.
Distribute chicken, beans, cheese and picante sauce evenly onto each tortilla and shape into a burrito.
Place each burrito in a large casserole dish and heat in oven for 10 minutes or until warm.
Top each with guacamole.
