8 Oz Central Market Organics Baby Sweet Leaf Blend, plus more as needed
10 Oz H-E-B Premium Canned Chicken, drained
1 cup(s) french fried onions, plus more as needed
1 Pt cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 large Haas avocado, diced

Mix together salad greens, chicken, crispy onions, tomatoes and avocado. Toss to combine and dress with your favorite salad dressing.
Chef's Note: For a quick dressing I like to mix 2 tablespoons minced shallots, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice and 3/4 cup of grapeseed oil together. Whisk to just combine and season to taste with salt and pepper.
