12 Oz oriocchette pasta
12 Oz H-E-B® Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/4 Tsp coarse ground pepper
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped, including tops
1/4 cup(s) Kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 cup(s) Romano cheese, grated

Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain well.

Meanwhile, heat chicken in microwave according to package directions.

Cut chicken chunks into quarters then set aside and cover to keep warm.

Whisk oil, lemon juice and pepper together in a large serving bowl.

Add pasta and toss to coat.

Add chicken chunks, tomato, green onions, olives and cheese.

Toss to combine and serve warm.
