Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp pure olive oil
1 Lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
1 Tsp McCormick Thyme Leaves
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
2 cup(s) garlic, sliced
1/2 cup(s) white wine

Heat large skillet over medium-high flame and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Season chicken with dried thyme, black pepper and dust with flour.
Sauté chicken for 4 minutes per side, adjusting flame as not to burn the chicken.
Remove chicken from pan and add in remaining olive oil and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they begin to brown.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Add white wine and bring the wine and mushrooms to a gentle simmer then reduce heat. Cook for 2 minutes.
Return chicken back to pan and let it cook for 3 minutes.
