Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, cut in 2-inch pieces
2 Tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cup(s) white onion, julienned
2 red bell pepper, julienned
4 garlic, crushed & rough chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) couscous
16 fl oz chicken broth
1 lemon, juiced & zested
1/2 cup(s) flat leaf parsley, chopped

Combine chicken, turmeric, garam masala, salt and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Place large Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add oil. Once oil is hot, sear chicken on all sides (do this in 2 batches). Reserve chicken in a bowl.
Add onions, red peppers and garlic to same pan. Cook several minutes stirring occasionally.
Add couscous and stir occasionally, cooking until slightly brown. Return chicken to pot as well as chicken broth, lemon and parsley.
Bring to simmer and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes.
