21 Oz cherry pie filling or topping
20 Oz Hill Country Fare Crushed Pineapple
18 Oz Hill Country Fare Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces
1 1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Flaked Coconut
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B salted Butter, melted
1/2 small H-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine pie filling and undrained pineapple in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Evenly spread dry cake mix over cherry/pineapple layer.

Top with pecans, coconut and butter.

Bake on center oven rack for 45 minutes or until golden.

Cool for 15 minutes.

To serve, place a 3-inch-square portion of cake on a plate and top with 1/2 cup of ice cream.
