2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Natural Sliced Almonds
1 Tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
8 Hill Country Fare Oatmeal Cookies
3 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream
21 Oz cherry pie filling or topping

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat; add almonds and cinnamon.
Cook almonds for 3 minutes stirring often then remove from heat.
Crush the oatmeal cookies and mix together with the almonds.
Layer 1/2 ice cream, crumb mixture and pie filling evenly into six parfait glasses; repeat layers.
Serve immediately.
